Short Kit for the Carl Goldberg Original Shoestring Stunter Vintage Control Line Stunt Model Plane
I borrowed an unmolested original vintage kit and spent enumerable hours duplicating all the original unique parts until I had a reasonable facsimile of the original 1950s kit. I redrew each part in CAD and successfully cut the parts using the laser machine.
This listing is for a SHORT KIT which contains all the unique parts that are required to build a model airplane in the resemblance of the original C.G. ORIGINAL SHOESTRING STUNTER.
Although you may download the plans from the Outerzone and print them yourself, there is an option to add these same Full Size Printed Paper Plans as well saving you the hassle for a nominal price.
You will of course need to supply the rest of the standard parts to complete the model.
Although it is an easy enough control line plane to build this kit is not recommended for the beginner. You should have a solid scratch build skill level and some model airplane fabrication experience.
Each kit is cut as ordered and is considered a ‘custom product. Most of the balsa parts are cut with a laser. The one-piece fuselage is machined on a CNC router. It may be made from several sheets glued together prior to machining.
